Drafting of legal documents is among the most common and typical lawyer services. Internet enables me as an attorney to provide an easily accessible option for users of the website to request and receive such service at a distance (online). If you would like to request and receive via the Internet a legal document in the field of corporate law (such as minutes, invitations or contracts), please read on to find out more detailed information.

How It Works?

1In order to request via the Internet a legal document in the field of corporate law, you should visit the Request an Electronic Service page and follow the four quick and easy steps thereon.

2In the process of requesting the service you will need to specify the type of the desired document, as well as the proprietary interest (if any – for example, where a contract for sale of shares is to be drafted, the price thereunder would be the proprietary interest). All other data and circumstances are to be specified later in the process of providing the service; such information may not be provided upon requesting the service because the variety of types of documents is far too great to allow the preliminary covering of all possible hypotheses.

3By the end of the business day following the day of receiving the request you will be sent a reply via email, which (when positive) will contain an offer with the terms and conditions under which the requested document may be drafted – amount of the due fee, time period for provision of the service, etc. The message will also contain an indication of the necessary information to be provided for the respective document to be drafted.

4If you agree to the terms, you will need to accept the offer – either explicitly via email or by phone, or through directly paying the due attorney fee. Unless specified otherwise in the electronic message, you will need to pay in advance the full amount of the due fee within five business days from receiving the message via a bank account to be specified in the message or through other accepted remote payment methods.

5The requested document will be drafted and emailed to you within the agreed upon time period. You will then have five business days to review the received document and return any notes and comments you might have so that the document could be finalized.

This Drafting of Documents electronic service does not include representation, negotiations, submission to state authorities and institutions or any other additional assistance. If you have a document that you would like me to review and give opinion on, please use the Online Consultations service instead. If you need assistance with regard to a procedure before the Commercial Register, please use the Commercial Register electronic service instead.

Online requests for preparation of legal documents in the field of corporate law through using the current electronic service are provided only as an alternative option for convenience of the clients – mostly for those living outside Sofia and Bulgaria. If you would like to request a document or schedule an appointment at the office, please don’t hesitate to contact me via any of the ways listed on the website, including via Viber or Skype (see below or visit the Contact page).
