Online requests for preparation of legal documents (such as minutes, invitations, contracts, etc.) through using the current electronic service are provided only as an alternative option for convenience of the clients – mostly for those living outside Sofia and Bulgaria. How It Works
1In the process of requesting the service you will need to specify the type of the desired document, as well as the proprietary interest (if any – for example, where a contract for sale of shares is to be drafted, the price thereunder would be the proprietary interest). All other data and circumstances are to be specified later in the process of providing the service – such information may not be provided upon requesting the service because the variety of types of documents is far too great to allow the preliminary covering of all possible hypotheses.
2By the end of the business day following the day of receiving the request users will be sent a reply via email, which (when positive) will contain an offer with the terms and conditions under which the requested document may be drafted – amount of the due fee, time period for provision of the service, etc. The message will also contain an indication of the necessary information to be provided for the respective document to be drafted.
3If the respective user agrees to the terms, he/she will need to accept the offer – either explicitly (via email, by phone, etc.), or through directly paying the due attorney fee. Unless specified otherwise in the electronic message, clients will need to pay in advance the full amount of the due fee within 5 business days from receiving the message – via a bank account to be specified in the message or through other accepted remote payment methods (such as ePay, PayPal, etc.).
4The drafted document will be sent to the respective user via email within the agreed time period. The user should then review the received document and will have 5 business days to return his/her notes and comments (if any) for the document to be finalized.
This Drafting of Documents electronic service does not include additional assistance, such as representation, negotiations (if applicable), submission to state authorities and institutions, etc. For such additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me via any of the ways listed on the website.
